RMA Policy

Sity Communications, Inc. reserves the right to replace, repair, or refund customers for returns only after products have been received, tested, and verified by our lab technicians.

The warranty period begins at the time of product purchase or shipment (whichever occurs first).

Any products received by Sity Communications, Inc. which have been damaged in transit due to improper shipping, improper packaging, or other factors beyond the control of Sity Communications, Inc. will not be accepted.

Products must be received by Sity Communications, Inc. prior to expiration of the warranty period. Products returned outside the warranty period, or returned without all original parts present, will not be accepted.

Sity Communications, Inc. will verify serial number and product identification information on all products returned. Any attempt to modify, remove, obscure, or otherwise tamper with serial numbers and product identification information constitutes fraud and will invalidate the warranty.

All products returned must include an RMA number to be accepted.

All shipping charges for products returned to Sity Communications, Inc. and their subsequent replacement shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
